Return and exchange

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.

The product is subject to return if:

• it shows no signs of use, specifically no scratches, chips, abrasions, or mechanical alterations;
• the product has not been cut to size, i.e., it was purchased as whole planks.

Exchange and return of the product are at the expense of the buyer. The product can be shipped by a carrier or replaced or returned by prior arrangement.
